My second personal project of my last year BA Graphic Design - Moving Image CSM London, is based on a design challenge I found Online on Animation Portfolio Workshop Character Design (apwcharacterdesign.blogspot.co.uk). The challenge was to design a character based on a given shape. I randomly chose seven shapes of all the shapes available on the site. For each shapes I did two pages of sketches, one page with human characters and one page with animals/creatures. After I did the sketches for each shape I chose one of the sketches of every page and finalized them, When I finalized the character I made short GIF’s out of them (short looped animations).
